The experience was fine except for one thing. There was some type of glue left on my driver's seat which got on the back of my pants. I didn't know it was there until I got out of the car. The back of my pants were ruined because it would not wash out. It left a stain. That was disappointing.

Outstanding Service! Great Auto Tech, he went over everything on the car. Took my car right away as I had an appointment and done in no time. Very nice waiting area with coffee, tea, etc. Evan called me the next day to make sure everything went well. I've shared my experience in at least one phone follow up and one previous survey. I shared some very useful information that would help VIP improve it's service. Obviously nobody reads the surveys or I wouldn't be getting this survey. That being the case, please don't send me any more surveys. When I'm ready for a new car in the near future, I may have to consider dealers other than VIP.

I dropped the car off for them to check the brakes and Air conditioner. They notified me of the problems they found with an estimated cost repair which was reasonable to me. They had the car repaired and ready four hours later. I can't thank them enough. A/C works fine now,
