Toyota did not change the oil filter when they changed the oil. And I was able to have the anti-freeze and transmission fluids drained and replaced with authentic Toyota fluids for about $200 less than Toyota Hackensack would have charged me for that work, plus tax. Unless they know of other mechanics, customers do not get out of Toyota Hackensack without spending $500-$600 for ROUTINE maintenance --shocking!

Standard service was prompt. It seems that there is new software for the back-up camera & rear view mirror. When I put the car in reverse, I was surprised by the new "view." wish that someone had told me to expect this. Also, I requested a car wash. But there still remain sticky spots on the front windshield. I was disappointed that these spots were not removed.

I have been going to this Hackensack location for years and now the price for an oil change went up and I asked for a coupon and they refuse. Time before, I have gotten a coupon, but now they say they can not do that. When they remove old sticker from windshield, they do not clean sticky residue, just place a new one on side. I do not think I will be going back.

Waste of money! Had a prepurchase inspection done. They took forever, didn't not give any kind of updates and also missed a lot! Half of what was on the report was wrong and they suggested replacing parts that there was nothing wrong with!
