Giona and the TEAM at Knebles Auto repair took my 2015 Ford Edge to the dealership to have the issue of gas vapor sensor failure! when I picked up the vehicle there was NO change as Was told it was a warrant issue and Ford stood by the vehicle! Thank you Knebles auto repair!

Poor. Was told it was approx a half hour job. Recall for brake fluid sensor. Made appointment 3 weeks out at 10am. Arrived 9:45am. Left, came back at 2pm and car was still parked where I left it and told it would be done around 4pm. I suggest not telling customers a timeframe of completion and instead just say it will be ready by 4pm. I took car back and rescheduled. Don't want to spend my afternoon off sitting in a dealership.

Alex was very efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant informing me about what was needed to fix the problems with my vehicle. She didn't proceed without letting me know the cost and getting my approval. It may cost a little more but they do a great job. I have been taking my cars there since around 1995 and have no complaints.

300 miles from home, our Ford Explorer developed a serious engine misfire. Chapman Ford of Egg Harbor inspected our vehicle on a busy holiday weekend, sent us a detailed video of the inspection and the recommended repairs, and repaired the vehicle in one day without a prior appointment. Great service from this Ford dealer.

It was for rear defroster windows. They had to be replaced. We'll see what happens when I need the defroster. The side mirrors are supposed to be heated as well, we'll see so stay tuned.
