The drivers side window would not go back up and I came back later in the day because I found a screw in the right front tire. They replaced the switch in the door and fixed the tire. I have nothing but praise for the work they did. Thank you for everything. John

Experience was subpar. The staff was friendly but felt that I was pushed products. When decline additional services, my servicing was rushed, did not receive my multi-point inspection like I have before nor a car wash voucher. Better experience at other dealers.

The car was advertised as an SE but it was an XLE. The salesman then said that the XLE is the higher trim level...It is not! The car was in pretty rough shape which the pictures definitely did not show. With this limited exposure, I would be hard-pressed to recommend them. I did not purchase the car here.

The porter really got on my nerves. I'm not sure that he has been trained to know that he's part of the Customer Service Experience, as well. Some how it became my fault that during the servicing process, my engine light being on wasn't addressed.... People are something else.

Although the location was under construction (remodeling), service department was working very hard and professionally keeping customer at their heart of everything they do. Wait time was little longer and free car wash service after every service would be very nice to keep up with other dealership

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at Sansone Nissan in Avenel - BIG mistake. Almost immediately I had trouble with it. Two trips to the service center and they couldn't be bothered to diagnose it. Within about 5 minutes, Edison Nissan knew exactly what was going on and was able to help. My experiences at these service centers were night and day.

Excellent service - most importantly, trustworthy and honest. Texts constantly update you as to status and costs. Joe Ciprello is by far the best technician I have met.
