The service was good! BUT!!! When I purchased the car, part of the deal was that I will get oil change for free off charge for the life of the car. The company stopped honoring this agreement. I received an email advertisement for the Hilltop Nissan offer a % any repairs (tires exclude) but that was not honored either. This is not the same Hilltop Nissan I've dealt with in the past

Although I scheduled tire replacement appointment online, my job was not registered in the system when I arrived to the dealership. Fortunately, selected tires were in stock, mechanics were not too busy and were able to complete the job in acceptable time.

I purchased my Nissan sentra sl in 2017. I received free oil changes up till June 2023. I was advised that Hilltop Nissan is not going to honor my contract with them anymore. I had previous issues with this dealership. I will never buy from Hilltop Nissan again or from any other Nissan dealership.Corporate is the worse.
