Pluses and minuses..... top notch greeting/interactions... the advisor was super pleasant and professional throughout....however 2 hours for a scheduled oil change at 7:15 a.m. on a Saturday morning seems excessively long. Not sure how they can be that backlogged when they were only open 15 minutes.

Made appointment to have a tire replaced and a state-inspection performed. Tire brand/size were talked about during scheduling.
They ended up not having my tire by the appointment date, but decided to perform the state-inspection anyhow. "Inspection failed, needs tire."... They charge $45 for state-inspections, pass or fail.

My appointment was at 11:45am but I was told it was booked by mistake because the technicians go to lunch at 12pm! When the rep saw me upset, he was able to switch the car wash and inspection, and was able to honor the appointment. Not sure if they were able to do a thorough and complete check up. I have not received the report yet!
