Got an oil change, made an appointment. They took the car in at the exact time of said appointment. Made a video of the car inspection, while the oil drained, pointing out possible issues, stating the level of urgency each required. At no time did they apply pressure, I trust them, as sometimes a second opinion was acquired that confirmed SeacoastVWs' diagnosis I would and will go back as long as I own this car. Great company

Service could not identify or fix problem. Gave me back a car with a diagnosis that "it will need a new engine at sometime". Engine might seize. This car was purchased from Seacoast Volkswagen and have been serviced by them for it's entire life (11 years) and now it is worth nothing, they can't fix it, and I have a worthless, unsafe piece of junk instead of a car.

I apologize for your issue with your car. It has an oil consumption issue going on. We will reach out to VW corporate and see if they will give any assistance with the problem. You can continue to drive the car just monitor oil level and add oil when needed. I understand you have bought and maintained your car with us and we appreciate it and will try our best to get you some relief from VW. The car does have over 110 thousand miles on it. We will be in touch.

The service department does not seem to know what they are doing. They don't seem to be familiar with what needs to happen with our vehicle. Our vehicle is not charged to 80% even though we have an electric vehicle. Our vehicle is not cleaned. Not a very good experience.

I apologize for your vehicle not being fixed properly. We will look into it asap and get back in touch with you. The ID.4 electric is a new complicated vehicle for sure. We will get it fixed ASAP. We will reach out on Monday to see what is going on with it. We do not clean the vehicles here as we are to small and do not have the man power. We have never offered this service. Sorry.

My service appointments are always on time and staff is very pleasant. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Work is done as scheduled and explained after . Car is waiting for me , running when done. Always a good experience. My service advisor,Cam Fagen , was very nice and was sure I was taken care of with respect and kept me aware of time and any issues.

Seacoast VW is the best! They are professional, never over recomemd services, are efficient with their appointments and have a great waiting area. Love this place for our VWs, they know what they're doing for sure! Costs are probably a bit higher than a non dealer shop but not by much and at least you know the work is being done by those who know VWs!
