The service facilities were very good, but I had a specific problem related to a service bulletin issued by GM. Unfortunately, the service department personnel chose to ignore the advice in the bulletin and made a more expensive repair to my car. I was in a difficult situation so I had to go along with their work, but it turned out to be a less than satisfactory experience.

The service was excellent at the shop.my service advisor Michael McAndrew took very good care of me while waiting for my care to be serviced. The battery had to be replaced, and it was done quickly and correctly. Thank you. I will be back again when service is needed.

Terrible. They can't fix the car AND while in service it was involved in an "incident" causing the door to be repainted. They took the path of deceit and chose not to tell us the full extent of the damage. We tracked the vehicle to a collision center learned the truth from them. Finally after we caught them in their lie did they start to tell some truth. Terrible dealership and terrible experience.

It took over an hour to do my oil change and tire rotation. after I told them my husband has deminitia and would only be calm around 1 hour. Then I get an email the next day saying something was missed during my service. This place has really gone downhill. It;s enough to make me look for another dealership when I get ready to trade again.

After two days, they were unable to find the electrical gremlin in my Chevrolet Silverado. It had caused the fuel gauge to stop working for a 30-minute trip, the reverse gear and backup camera to engage, the switch to recognize the key on different occasions. These bugaboos happened after 30-minute drives over a period of two months. They were fair in the price charged for this instance.

I had front alignment, oil change and inspection. They rotated my tires and checked battery and filters. The only thing wrong was when I left Randy Marion the hose wasn't connected from them checking the filters. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to make it back without assistance. It didn't take them long to find my problem and fix it after returning.

Do not recommend if you are actually wanting your car to get fixed , they will take your money then 10 minutes down the road you get a check engine light again and it's deemed your fault / a new issue...find another mechanic these dealerships aren't worth it
