The sales representative, Gean Johnson, the owner and all the staff teated me like family. Anything I found wrong with the car they were ready and willing to take care of the repair. They make you feel at home. I felt like I have known them all of my life. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to check out before I brought it. I am loving my Mercedes!!!

I contacted the dealership regarding a truck. I arrived at the dealership the next morning to test drive it. Loved the truck and told the salesman my husband would come the next day to test drive. After I left the dealership, they raised the price by $2,000. My husband questioned the price the next day and was told the price was correct. I sent a screenshot to the dealer from the day before that showed the list price as 2k cheaper. He tried blaming "The internet guy" for putting the wrong price online. He was clearly still lying. I was able to pull up the carfax price history which showed they had changed the price after I drove it.

Simple mistake, pricing mistakes happen. Salesmen are not in charge of pricing. Instead of accusing the salesman of lying, the customer simply needed to produce the ad showing the price. Even though it was a pricing mistake, Our policy is to honor the price.
