I bought my corvette at Parks and have it serviced there. I live in Greensboro, and they are in Kernersville, but worth the drive. Jeff in the service department is excellent, and the guys who service it are trained to work on vettes. Very pleased with Parks!

The service technician was very unfriendly and was also clueless when explaining what was wrong with my vehicle . Whenever I asked a follow up question I was met with very short (temperament) explanations as well as uninformed answers . I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here .

I had an 8:00 am appointment for service and was given no update until I called to check around 4:00 pm, the service advisor saw no issue with the lack of communication. When I asked for her managers number, because you did not understand the issue, I was told they arent allowed to give that information out. Disappointing service.
