I was told that the car would not pass inspection without replacing the wiper blades, which was fine, yet they did not replace the back wiper blade, which I find disturbing. I thought they would replace that also, I did ask about it and thought the woman understood I wanted them all replaced, which did not happen. Considering they want you to get all of the expensive items fixed anyway, why would they not replace the back wiper blade?

The oil change I went in for may have been OK if they didnt try to get me for a $6000 unnecessary job. Technician told me I had an oil leak and would need a new cylinder, head gasket, etc. I was skeptical as I never had to add oil. I still had 800 miles to go on my trip. I checked the oil continuously and still never added any oil. I got the truck to my local Toyota dealer right away. There is no oil leak. No $6000 job necessary.

With an emergent travel opportunity, I had need to check an issue that was causing the steering wheel to bump slightly during light braking. I thought it may be brake pads. The service department was able to work me to confirm the brake pads needed replacing and to perform the regular service needed after a few hundred miles of driving. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time with no issues.

I WENT IN FOR TIRE ROTATION AND POINT INSPECTION. i WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS READY ALL WAS WELL. I PAID THE BILL AND LEFT. I rated my experience a three on the fact that I received an email for a complimentary maintenance and when I arrived there I found out that the complimentary maintenance could not be honored because it is no longer something that is offered through the company. Which was a real inconvenience for me. For the services I did receive I thought they did okay on those.

A service manager stated Its heavily modified and not covered under warranty in reference to my 4Runner with an upgraded suspension and new bumpers. He didnt even know what was wrong yet and hadnt inspected it. Turned out to be a faulty actuator and they replaced it. He was outright rude and disrespectful and Im incredibly disappointed with Toyota in general.

I feel I was over charged for oil change. They gave some ridiculous excuse for this over charge - something like oil has increased. In addition, my car takes 5.5 qts of oil they charged me for 7 qts. This, on surface, is very small but it shouldnt have happened.

These guys are super friendly and seem concerned with your problem. Much different from my previous dealership. Had my truck in the last dealership 3 times to have my wheels balanced and they never got it right. One time with dealership and it rides like the day I bought it. These service workers are ALWAYS SO VERY NICE AND HELPFUL!!! I know I can count on them, even when I add extra stuff to check on my car after I have it there in the shop. I asked and was told it would be no problem, and they were packed the other day, I mean full of cars needing stuff done.

I was the only person there so for it to take and hour to change my oil....yeah makes me....and then they left the plastic and a dirty towel on my seat!!! I come here at least every other month because I travel alot.Then for them to treat my car this way is truly not acceptable. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

Fabulous, I parked out side then sat at the counter of the service writer. She was quick friendly and made me feel welcome. After we got the paperwork completed, she told me where to pull my truck. Repair was within estimated time and very efficient. Happy with Toyota of Goldsboro.

Not up to the standard I have received in the past, but service was done. Called for appt, was given 10am time, but when I arrived, was told appt time was 9am. Was still taken care of but wait time was 2 hrs 15 min for oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection.
