I needed to get my 2002 Highlander inspected, in order to renew my registration, by the end of March. Service was able to get me in, for NC Safety Inspection and oil change, on a Friday afternoon. Chatting with the Service Director, Kim Godfrey about my Toyota Camry Racing jacket and how much I enjoy living in the Charlotte area, home of most of the NASCAR teams.

Service was good but a little pricey. I had a $25.00 off service coupon which was nice gesture but could not see the benefit by the time all the fees were added back. Oil changes dhoud be one fee with the oil included. I will have to rethink next service visit.

I needed my head lights restored due to ozone. I had to go to service four times before the head lights were properly restored. A manager finally got the qualified technician to work on it and he did it correctly . Otherwise i would have rated 5 stars.

Communicated whether car was still available prior to my hour commute. I was told yes still available and responded on my way, ETA via phone number and thread with my name that had been used for four days. Arrived as scheduled and car was being sold and financed to another buyer.

Didn't do anything to fix our problem, they acted like they were lost when I was showing them what it was doing. Unknowledgeable about the 24 models and features. Wasn't told before purchasing a new car that it didn't come with a spare tire.
