I just recently had them replace my cabin air filter...not sure why they pulled it out to show me. They have never done that before and I've had the car 7 years. Now, I have 3 screws (found in the floorboard) and an aggreivating squeek. I wish they'd have just left it alone.

I waited for someone to open the service garage door but no one would for couple minutes. I have two little ones that I was not planning to take out the car seat when I saw several people in there looking at me but pretty much ignoring me. Ben Mynatt GMC and GMC in Huntersville is a lot better. The people were overall nice. The children play area was great, kept the kiddos busy until my car was finished.
