My wait time was short and happily, everything was included with the purchase of my Passport! The only disappointment was that the information mailed to me about service said that a complimentary car wash was included and this was not performed.

We were told we needed $7,000 of work on our van wen we took it in for muffler. We canceled the near future appointment there for this work took the van in elsewhere and paid $100 to tighten the bolts on our muffler. We won't be back.

Service was good, how ever had some communication errors when called to check on service completion, but by the the time I remembered to check I found the shop was already closed and no way to pick up my vehicle until the next day. I asked for an estimate on installing the rear optional rear tailgate sill plate and still waiting since I never received that information as well.
