I came in on a Saturday morning a quarter halfer the service area had opened, around 8:15am, to get my oil changed. When I arrived there were 5 other cars infront of me in line. I wa told by a kind service lady that it would be a 1.5-2hr wait, which was actually faster than I anticipated. I sat in the waiting lounge while they worked on my oil change. To my surprise I was actually done in an hour.

Mike Weinstein was incredibly helpful - when I booked the appointment he arranged for a rental, and when I arrived for my appointment he indicated they would be running ahead of schedule and that I might want to wait instead - which I did! The valve body work job was supposed to be done in 2 days. Did not get car out of repair for 7 days. Unfortunately one item did not get repaired because it was not looked at till the last day. Dealers now feel that due to COVID, customers now should be accepting the fact that service work takes much longer to complete and will never go back to the way it used to be.

I had a very good experience with the service department the work was performed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. However, as I waited for the service to be completed I walked through the new car sales floor and it was like I was in a morgue, no one absolutely no one said anything to me even though there were several sales associates around and at their desk.

My interface with the service reps was bizarre. First, I overheard one rep speaking demeaningly about another rep seated next to her. Then my rep, has a rather unfriendly demeanor to me. Everyone seemed to be running around with little regard for customers. Far from the best experience at Golling. Plan on using service at another dealership to see if they are all so snarky. Quality of work seemed good no complaints there.

The worst service, there is no communication with the customer and they are very unprofessional. When my car was ready to be picked up, they told me to wait outside and they would give me my car. I waited for 15 minutes at a temperature of 30 C. I went inside to see what was happening and the woman told me to be patient after waiting outside in the cold after that i wait another 15 minutes the truth is the worst service
