Something isn't right when you have less than 33,000 miles and are told: "Needs new pads & rotors all the way around!" The quoted cost to fix was $200 higher than other quotes. Just had struts replaced a month ago... why wasn't the issue with brakes and rotors noticed then? No warranty or coverage to help cover cost. No one checked to see if there is an underlying issue like calipers sticking causing the abnormal wear.

The car was towed in because it would not start. The facility had the car for a total of 81 days it was towed in four times, three times after it was given back after it was repaired. In the end it was bad gas that was the issue. The facility did provide a loaner car while it was in the shop.
