Purchase my car at Taska. It was a great experience. Servicing my vehicle there is a song in a dance. I finally got my vehicle in for a second oil change and asked for tire rotation, and estimate on new tires. I paid for the rotation did not receive it at several times for the tire estimate didn't get that either. That's my review. Called several times and only get put on hold.

I had a problem with the hood of my car not unlatching. I brought it to the dealership to have them take a look at it and they took my car immediately as well as told me that there was a recall that they needed to do while my car was there. I was there about an hour while they fixed both things and was on my way. Always a pleasant experience working with the service department at Tasca in Seekonk and especially with Paul.

Came in for OEM 2" inch installation. After 8 hours at the dealership I end up with a 1 1/4 inch hitch because they ordered the wrong thing. In addition nobody notified me when I requested the hitch that the install requires the removal of touchless lift gate opening module. They were not even planning to give it back to me if I have not asked. Tasca Mazda provided me with poor service.

Horrible organization and service. I've tried to schedule recalls three times. Called to confirm each time and was told I am good to go. Planned my whole day around it only to be told the day of that they can't find me in the system and there is no appointment.

had to make an appoitment to program my new key fob,,,,, because there was a tune programed into my computer they couldn't due it, they reffered me to the Cranston location of which I had to make an appoitment only to find out they couldn't do it either,, I was then reffered to the Johnston location who hasn't called me back.

The Seekonk Quick Lane service staff are always great to work with and go out of their way to provide REAL service. What a novel idea for a service center! Most places of all kinds say they provide service, but don't. Charlie, Leo and other staff at Seekonk Quick Lane know their business and are terrific about customer relations.

They were efficient and preformed the service well. The only suggestion would be to at least vacuum the inside of the car (passenger and driver). It would have been nice to get into a clean car after the service was preformed.
