Did a nice job and vety courteous. Only issue is when I called originally I said I have Genesis concierge on both cars n oil changes were covered. For whatever reason, didnt expect to have to pay $100 for the G90 when oil change only and $130 for oil change n tire rotation on GV70. In past both oil change and tire rotation were done with no charge, due to both cars being leased with concierge service

Zero stars. Will never bring it back there. Had my car for a week and a half and never looked at it. After 3 weeks they wanted to charge me double what another garage is charging me for work they say it needed. Had my car towed out to another garage!

The car came with 60 day warranty took it back because the brakes was vibrating at low speed they claimed it was rusty rotors and then told them my hood cable needs to be changed because I couldnt open the hood they claimed it wasnt included in the warranty! Hoodwinked! Never buy from Haddad again worst car dealership. Top it all off the finance guy looks at me and laughed!

I was there to replace break rotors and a punctured tire. The shop had the wrong parts which delayed the repairs for the day and led to me receiving a rental car for one night. While I appreciated that, the car was so different from my own (much lower), that I ended up bumping into a curb - my mistake of course. When I picked up the car, I still had a tire pressure warning light and when I measured the pressure that night, one tire was at 28 mpi, while all three others were at 30 - the suggested pressure for these tires is 36. In the invoice it was also mentioned that the left rear tire had been replaced, when in fact it was the lfet front tire that had the problem. it is all ok now, but I thought you'd appreciate knowing about this.

We needed warranty work done on our Santa Cruz all the staff were friendly and helpful. What really stood out was that the tech repairing our car listened to what was going on with our car even though they couldn't recreate the problem. We gave them a detailed record of dates and exactly what was happening at those times and they actually took the time to look over what we had. With that they figured out what was going on and fixed the the car. Really pleased with the service. Great people!
