Would have given 5 stars but I don't understand how the shuttle is not working on Saturday especially when a customer lives less than a mile away and has to sit at dealership for hours just for a simple oil change. I tried to make an appointment but appointments where already booked almost 2weeks in advance

Poor communication. Over charged and they even refunded me some of it. Didn't explain everything they were going to do but fully expected me to pay the bill. No the first time I've had an issue with fhier service department. I would recommend using someone else if at all possible

The best part of my experience was my advisor Janna! Communication was exceptional. Brought my car in on a Saturday, there were 12 cars ahead of me, so I left it. They figured out what was wrong with my car, fixed it and got me my car back by EOD! Car drives better than it ever has.

It was OK... They didn't check the air in my tires and I didn't realize it till i got on the road to travel to my destination. Had trouble finding a service station to get air in my tires and it was pouring down rain and about 45 degrees. I was not a happy camper... Next time I will check it before I leave Premiere Nissan.

The service cost me time and money over and above the cost of the service. Your staff gave me a Saturday time (ok) but I also requested a shuttle which was not available on a Saturday. I had to come back on another time and requested some consideration for lost time but was ignored by Tommy Duffy. Other staff offered a coupon but he offered nothing.

It's not really certain that they did the tire rotation, because one of the tires is still in the same place. This the second time I had a tire rotation and that tire is in the same place. What I'm saying is I don't know if the work is actually getting none. The first oil change is questionable too.

The service was fast. Satisfied with the service but not with the need for or expense. Extended warranty had run out earlier this year. This was a known defect but I was never contacted by the company or dealership to make me aware that there was a probable hefty repair in my future. Was given a meager discount which didnt even begin to offset the large bill.

Earlier this year, I went to have my air condition service because of the mold smells coming out of it , it was not done properly , so I went back to have it done again, and he said that it would be done at no cost to me because it was not done properly the first time , so I went back and left my car there for three days to assure that it was done properly, and when I went back and retrieve my car, it was not done properly again .

I made an online appt for oil change with tire rotation, engine filter change, and tire inspection. They only did the oil change and it took almost 2 hours even though I had an 8 am appt. I will be using their service dept for any more routine upkeep services anymore.
