I felt like I waited a bit too long over 2 hrs for a scheduled appt. 2 issues after service all my preset functions were deleted and one of my tire valve caps missing. I plan to go by and ask for assistance w these issues but it's a bit out of my way so not sure when I can get there.

When I first arrived, I knew it would be a good experience. Caralynn had a very friendly smile and did an exceptional job from start to finish. My car was taken in immediately and finished in about 30 or 40 minutes, full service. Maybe less time because on that cold Tuesday, the hot chocolate in the break room hit the spot so time just flew. Thanks for the great experience. Thank you Caralynn and all the technicians.

Service was good as expected with loaner car. However, it was also in for a fuel pump factory recall. Dealer had vehicle for six weeks without calling or texting me status of repair. I had to finally go to dealership to get status. I had previously called and left messages several times with no response. After my visit I was texted that my vehicle would be ready the following day. Thank goodness for the loaner vehicle.

Their customer service department has a lack of communication while on phone and on premises. Sat for hour, then asked what was going on with my car regarding the horn not working. Keep in mind appointment made 2.5 months prior do to availability. Just for them to tell me they do not have the part and not sure when it will be available.

I had a 130 appointment for oil change. I planned on waiting. I was originally told an hour wait. I got there the driveway was full. I parked car and spoke to a service guy who said I could wait but it could take an hour I r possibly 4 hours. I waited until 330. My car was never moved so I left with my car.

If I could give a lower score I would. I have been waiting to hear back from a manager since July 31 when I took my car in for routine maintenance. I was told I had to pay for my oil change (which my car is still under warranty) and the 30,000 mile service wasnt performed. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I plan to find another local dealership for future maintenance.

I went in to have the anti theft recall done and I thought I wash out of washer fluid because it would not spray my windshield. They checked everything out and it was the washer pump that was bad. It was still in warranty and they had one in stock. Everyone at Hyundai of Metairie was friendly and they really care about the customers.

Could not get information on car, kept overnight for oil change. When I finally got someone to answer phone the next day, they could not find car. I had to pay for Uber to go get my car. The day before I had a ride there. How it took 2 days to change oil is a mystery

It was long and painful. My car was stolen and recovered the next day. The parts to repair it took 2 months to get. When it finally got repaired and I took it home, I discovered the windshield wiper didn't work at all. I am not happy with the service at all.

Oil filter was not properly and all the has leaked out. On top of that I leave four hours away from the dealership. They told me to top it off with oil and drive it back so they can check it out. I'm highly upset with them.
