Didn't receive a response from my online inquiry. Showed up and the car wasn't there because it had to be repaired, understandable. The sales guy just didn't seem to care in helping me find a vehicle. I had purchased from Airport Ford in 2020 and had a great experience. Seems this dealership has gone downhill.

Had it in for a recall, got it back with something wrong with it. Ford says new probable would not be from them or related, 2 mechanics says it could be.

not sure if the recall was fixed. i was quoted one price to install new head lights. on the phone i was quoted 130 he said that parts labor and fees. at check at it had increased to 146..but on the paper it started off at 110. the techs i had interactions with were kind of ugh.. i felt like i was a burden.

Very pleased with Airport Ford service and staff. I had a lot that needed done and thought suspension system needed work. Service staff felt suspension was good and did not need replaced. Got to like it when the shop turns down work!! Will deft return when needed.
