Excellent customer service is always the result at Schepel Cadillac. From the time I pulled in for my appointment until they were finished was about an hour. Keith handled it like a professional when we threw a wrench in the works and asked to use our Cadillac rewards after he had already made up our ticket. we should have told him up front about the rewards points.
