I know my Credit score is not good, but have excellent payments on time. But they just acted like I was just a pain in the butt. Didn't explain much about the vehicle and only allowed to take it for a very very a quick spin. Not happy to be treated like a low life vagrant. Very upsetting experience. I WALKED OUT after over an hour and a half of getting no where.

Dropped car off for recall work. Customer service staff failed to return phone calls or texts regarding status of completion. Finally, texted a salesperson who determined that my car would be ready in 20 minutes. While waiting for my car, the personal adviser assigned to me clocked out without a word. Poor customer service.

Visit was excellent from time I arrived staff were friendly and organized and made me fell welcome and made sure to answer any questions I had. I was provided a number to call and reach my service coordinator if I further questions while I was waiting. It was an organized process from start to finish.

They have owed us a paint fix since we bought the car. They are never able to get it scheduled and we have wasted so much time trying to get it done. We called our salesman who sold us our car multiple times and he never returned our call. I would not recommend buying a car from them.

The work performed was fine. However, this is my second time there where they neglected to call and let me know my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Was left scrambling and trying to get someone on the phone for 45min until it was 5 min til closing time and too late to get there.

I had an appointment at 9:15 but was told they were really busy and it could take 2 hours or longer for just an oil change and tire rotation. Why take appointments if you cant honor or staff for them. This is my second VW and I have been going to this dealership for 10 years and it just continues to get worse! It ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes which is ridiculous

After a glitch due to non testing of radio/screen change, had to return for resolution! The service writer ( (Nathan) was nothing short of fantastic! Problem resolved & restored my faith in TWVW! I do believe the service techs are overwhelmed with training new employees who need help, all while doing their own work! Sign of the times!

I have an extremely long wait time before my car was evaluated and parts had to be ordered and had to reschedule when Parts come in. My appointment was for 9 a.m. And I didn't get out until almost 4:00 p.m. Then I had a 48 Mile Drive home. I have always had good service before but due to the lack of technicians available, I hope they will consider the distance when rescheduling happens.

Made an appointment 3 week prior to taking my VW in for a recall and AC check. Tom Wood VW had my car for two days and when I went to pick it up, no work had been preformed and I had to make multiple calls to get updates. This was after letting Tom Wood VW know I could need my car back in 3 days for a out of town job. The Tom Wood VW tech said it would be no problem.
