The entire team of employees that I encountered during my multi-hour stay (large amount of work done) were professional, knowledgeable, friendly with up-beat attitudes. The price was high but you get what you pay for because the service was high also. The waiting area was clean, comfortable with beverages there for you, making spending time there as pleasant as possible.

Had the vehicle in their shop four times. They cannot diagnose the problem. Told me they would "email" the engineer and see if they had a resolve to the issue. That has been over a month ago and I have never heard back from them. I took the vehicle to another dealer to be fixed.

I came in with a check engine light that was lit. They told me it was a computer update and there was nothing else wrong. I drove the jeep for a week and the check engine light has come on again. I am not sure they checked for any other issues. I again have to take the jeep in for service and loose the car for another day.

Called them, they said sorry, as-is. The day after that, they called me back to see if I was still interested in seeing the car.

Worst experience ever. Truck was taken in for it over heating which was called days later to get there and didnt even make it off their parking lot before the light chimed on again. Then messed around on getting me a rental which only had 1 day before them calling saying it was fixed. Now I have a tick from my motor which wasnt there when dropped it off
