Bill our salesman was great. Our experience with finance was a nightmare. We had to wait 4 1/2 hours to finalize our purchase. There should be a floating finance person to help with a very busy day OR train the manager of the dealership. They also could have let me drive the car home and finish financing the next day.

The mechanics did their part well and no issues with that. But the dealership went really cheap on the service waiting area. It didn't feel like an Acura dealership service waiting area at all. Can't even offer a small chilled bottle of water and you have to get it out of a vending machine? Now a days even used car dealers offer water while waiting. Not a luxury car dealership experience at all.

We waited for sometime while the vehicle is being fix for oil change. After an hour the service person came to us to tell us about the other issues for maintenance. He actually asked us prior if we wanted the car washed which we confirmed yes but when we got it wasnt even washed. That was a dissatisfaction on our part.
