VICTOR FORD service department did a good job on my 2021 Explorer ST. The one problem I have with VICTOR FORD service department is that they don't provide a loaner car or even give a customer like myself a ride home. I guess 5 miles is too far for them.

My experience with VICTOR FORD its been good. Although its not VICTOR Ford fault that Ford Motor is not updating softwares or fixing the problems we have with our 2021 Ford explore. We pay a lot of money for these vehicles and on top we spend more money on extended warranties which to me seems that Ford motor does not care.

service has always been good but they tried to charge me 680.00 dollars for a 289.00 dollar part when questioned they changed it to the correct price if i was not a retired auto repair shop owner i might not have questioned it so watch your quote other than that i will go back there again for service work
