The advisor was super nice. Whoever was working on my car, he did a good job on the oil change. What I didn't like he left greasy fingerprints on my front hood, fender, drivers side door and rear, and they also moved my driver's seat. Next time they should be more careful.

I scheduled my appointment weeks ahead of time only to come in and find out the part was not ordered and in stock. The service advisor treated me more like a number as opposed to a customer.

I never have a bad experience. I do feel that Lexus could offer decent discounts for all areas of work being done on their vehicles as many Lexus owners are new, existing, or repeat customers. Other than that, I appreciate the service they provide.

!! Caveat Emptor declared on this dealership. (Let buyers beware*** The worst buying experience and was not impressed with their salesperson Fred, or those three people that work in finance, Lowell, Yasmin or Karen. I waited over 5.5 hours at this Woodfield Lexus dealership to speak with someone in finance and to drive my new vehicle off the lot. These people are unethical and unprofessional. I would recommend a different dealer.

My car had to be towed to the dealership and I was provided with that service free of charge. I did not realize that a battery was included in my repair service plan which expired the following day. I was very pleased with Schaumburg Lexus and will continue to use them in the future .

I received a letter from Lexus about a campaign for excessive oil consumption and was instructed to bring my vehicle to the dealer for testing. I made an appointment but when I came in, the service writer acted as if he didn't know why I came in, demanded the letter from Lexus, and was not helpful at all. This is the second time I received such treatment from this dealership. I don't think I will be coming back to this place.
