First time at Schaumburg Toyota. There was a flashing light on the dashboard that I had never noticed. Patrick reassured me that the light always flash when car is turned off. He was very pleasant, understanding, and courteous , and understanding.

I had an appointment at 1pm and I didn't get anybody until 1:55 pm and I specifically said don't put my truck thru the wash because I just got a paint correction and they did the opposite

They either didnt change the oil or forgot to reset the maintenance schedule!!!!!! Quality used to be much higher in all aspects of this dealership....

Good But overpriced. I could have had a brand new set of Rotors for the front and back for the price including new pads at all 4 corners... Just not the calipers obviously.

I had an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades installed. It all took about 45 minutes. It also included a complete check of the car and finally a free car wash. No appointment was needed.

I think they tried to sell me tires before they were actually worn to spec. There is still life in that one set was 5 the other 4... spec says change at 3. I had an employee tell me he "took off" the tax off my bill to make it appear he was doing me a favor when in fact there is "no charge" on labor, only on parts... otherwise all was good

Often age and mileage is used as an indicator of needing tires. Recommendations start at about 4. It is always best to work with even tires, so a set is recommended. Thanks again for servicing with us and we look forward to working with you again!

Service performed was great. I highly recommend customer service training as I was onsite the service advisors are unapproachable and when asked for helped were bothered and basically directed me to go to my service advisor who I would have went to however was not at desk. This demonstrates that they dont function as a team and that taking care of customer is priority
