Everything was fine until I realized, while following a salt spraying truck on a St Louis Interstate that my washer fluid did not work! I determined later that the reason it was inoperative was because the canister had not been refilled during my service visit!

I had a bit of a long wait getting a return call back. My salesperson Alex K saw me out in the community and asked me if I had gotten my oil changed scheduled yet. I had not. The next morning I had a phone call. Very pleased with that. This is usually not a problem but would like to see the return call policy followed through on. We are all busy. I lost an end of year oil change due to this. Not a biggie but to some, it may be.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Only problem was they didn't have their water bottles in the fridge for the customers to have in the waiting area. they stocked while I was there, which I sat for 3 1/2 hrs. No loaner cars or rentals available since the pandemic, which I understood. Hopefully that changes soon! But all in all I would recommend this dealership!

The communication was terrible. I was told it would be done the day I dropped it off, I had to call the first day, wasnt done, call the second day, wasnt done and was told it would be done the third day by 11, not done until 12:30 and finally got a phone call. Communication on their part would have made the experience 100% better

I am very sorry to hear about your situation. I did pull your ticket and see that after the transmission was replaced there was an issue reprogramming the TCM. This should have been communicated better as this is what caused the delay since we had to order an additional part. Did the needed servicing. Trouble shot the transmission. It checked out good. Still think dodge put together a very undependable transmission but the dealership cant help that. Dealership service was friendly and kept me informed of everything. This dealership is a great place to take your vehicle.

The pictures on Carfax were deceiving. Only took certain angles that would hide rust & bad spray paint job. Salesman was a joke. I looked at a second truck there & it just happened that both trucks were traded in by old men & both men hated to get rid of their trucks. I would never recommend this place to anyone or ever go back.

Ron, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Of course we are disappointed to see we only earned one star. I assume you were looking at the 2005 Chevy Silverado. I personally write all the descriptions on the vehicles and made sure to mention that this truck has rust on the cab corners and rocker rails and is rough around the edges to make sure all shoppers know what they are looking at. I am sorry if you did not see these comments. As you can see by our pictures on every vehicle we take them in a very specific order everytime. We would never try to hide any damage or faults because of this exact situation. We work very hard to maintain high online scores. In fact if you were looking at this truck and the Red Ram truck both previous owners were older gentleman that traded in these trucks. The price on the Chevy Truck is also several thousand below market average to take the rough condition into account.
