The service team at Highland Park Audi is outstanding. Very courteous, keeps u informed if u decide to wait for yr car, if not, they will always provide an Audi vehicle for you. I'm moving to Florida, so if their service department is half as good, I'd be happy.

Knowledgeable, on time, polite service. Like Audi Exchange system of filming estimated issues with comment and then the estimate to choose work you wish done and accept estimate or call to discuss. Not a "deal"....but maybe long term, getting it done correctly the first time is the way to go.

The service department is one of the best in the industry. They are so attentive to the customers needs and keep you informed by emailing you videos of the service being performed and there recommendations during the service appointments. They give the customer the respect of a family member every time!

Always have a good experience at Audi Exchange. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. However their service prices are just outrageous. I know you have to pay to play when it comes to nice cars, but there's a difference between premium pricing and just a ripoff. I only go here for warranty work, recalls, and pre-paid Audi maintenance.

My car got unexpected overheat and wouldn't be able to drive anywhere. An advisor at the Exchange sent a tow truck to pick it up and fixed the cooling system problems with a one phone call. It was truly excellent services that went beyond my expectations!!!

My only disappointment was that I don't feel they are keeping track of scheduled services as one would expect. I have been using them for years, so I am confused as to why I would be told a specific service should be done every so many years, and I am way over due?

My experience with the Audi Exchange was great. Alex Green, service advisor and more importantly the Audi R8 technician made me feel that they were dedicated to fix the problems that developed from driving on extremely damaged road that shook my car to the point of damage to the car. It was a time consuming job but the end result was getting my favorite car back in a like new condition.

They were ready for me when I arrived. My Service Advisor, Elaina Adeniyi, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful and patient as I wrestled with getting an updated insurance card to get a loaner car. The service was done in the projected time frame, and everything I needed was taken care of.

I had a nail in the middle of my tire and asked for them to fix it. Service department said I needed a new tire for $680. I asked if they would plug it and they said there is no guarantee and does not recommend it. I refused service and went to my local tire place and they said it would be no problem to plug the tire and it will be absolutely fine. Very disappointed in Audi highland park and will never return.

We took the car in to have a fender piece installed as it had come loose. The replacement took a lot longer than expected but we had a loaner and the service rep was very nice and apologetic about it, no big deal. Just glad we decided to get the loaner. The fender looks great.

Responsive to time constraints. Went out of the way to replace a twisted passenger seat belt rather than do a cosmetic "solution" as was done elsewhere. Beautiful job of restoring tire rims under tire and rim warranty. Outstanding service as I've come to expect and to appreciate.
