Pushy sales. Was greeted with, "Are those the keys for your trade in?". Then was told that the photo had a glare on the screen, and that was why it looked like the vehicle had a monitor, when it was not present IRL. Overall, did not like the feeling that I was being scammed.

Contact Ibrahim in regards to a Nissan Titan XD , even though I didnt purchase the vehicle due it being sold before I got a change to get there on time , the experience going back and forth via email was very professional. They are definitely not one of those dealers were the bait and switch. Horrible bait and switch tactics. The vehicle was supposedly sold already and the seedy salesman tried to show us some garbage cars. One had front-end damage from an accident yet he denied it was from an accident. Would never buy or recommend.

Test drive this 2017 Impala and had a noise in the front end that sounded like a wheel bearing. I also checked the fluid levels and found the transmission fluid just showed at the end of the stick. I told Ibrahim about the wheel bearing noise and he said they would fix it or give me $500 allowance. I chose the $500 allowance. I told him about the transmission fluid being low and Ibrahim said they checked it and was fine. I got home and checked the transmission fluid again and had to add over a quart of fluid to bring it to thew full mark. Ibrahim said they go through and service the cars before they sell them but I would of thought they would of caught the noise and the fluid level being low. It also should of had floor mats but they couldn't find them. I'm not very happy!

The salesman didn't know very much about the Toyota Highlander on their lot but offered us a test drive. The vehicle proved to be in very poor condition and the salesman promised that the dealer could and would fix whatever was broken. Once we got inside the showroom, though, the sales manager did not offer those things and instead tried to tell us that he was offering us a fair price.
I showed him several local dealer listings that offered comparable newer Toyota Highlanders with less miles, in better condition, selling for a cheaper price. Then the Sales Manager told us to wait for him to return with his best offer. It proved to be a higher price than the vehicle was worth so we declined and left the dealership. Driven Auto Sales kept calling every 30 minutes to ask if we were returning to purchase ? I told them that I had already found another Toyota Highlander that I had just completed the purchase of but Driven Auto continued to call me. Finally, I had to block their calls to keep them from contacting me. Very unprofessional treatment and a terrible experience.
