My truck wouldn't start. I called AAA to come jump it off. They stated I needed a new battery. I called Shauna explained what was happening and she stated bring it in. Less than one hour later I was on my way home with a new battery. Best customer service ever.

In and out relatively fast. Unable to watch service as it was being performed so, I can only assume everything was done as stated. All fluids may have been 'checked', however, not all were refilled. Windshield reservoir was still empty after I received vehicle back.

Service itself was great, Service writer great. Waiting area for Service Customers seemed less than that of most all Dealers in the area I have been to with limited coffee (2 almost empty pots), and not much in terms of amenities, including limited charging options. As the main purpose is the service, overall happy, but can't give 5 stars with that customer waiting area. It was my first time at Nash for Service.

It was excellent and the service advisor was helpful and did not sell me anything that I did not need. I thought I needed a rear windshield wiper and the service advisor check and stated you don;t need no scratches and everything looks good. I had a noise in the rear and taken their time to figure it out and it was the rear panel of the tailgate. Awesome job

Very unhappy. Was told it would take 2 hrs. Took 20 minutes to do 1 of 2 recalls. Seems the GM line was down. I live an hour away, they couldnt have called me that morning and rescheduled?? Been 2 weeks, nothing from them. I called yesterday morning, told me line still not working correctly. Just seems fishy to me that a big company like GM cannot repair in 2 weeks. Not a happy camper.
