My experience is with Nissan prices for their parts. I needed a lower driver side seat cover. The half of a seat cover costs $402.00. I also had to replace my radio. The cost of the radio is $2286.00. The cost of parts and service will keep me from buying another Nissan truck. These high prices need to be looked at.

Normally I would give them a 5 star but this time the wait was extremely long and the price I felt I didn't get the beat for my money when I could've had my tires rotated and oil change for same price according to coupon but didn't receive that service but charged same place

Went in for service since my check engine light was on. When I arrived in the morning the light went away, but wanted to make sure it wasn't nothing serious. They checked the car and told me they didn't find anything. Thursday evening, the light came back on to find out it was something serious. Pedro was great, he help me find my warranty documents.

I went in because I was having issues with my battery that was under warranty but they will not change out because it gave a good code but I explained to him that I have been jumping it off for a couple of weeks but no avail. Well the battery died on my daughter and I had end up buying a new one Auto zone $20.

Oil change was done, but although CSR was instructed to check washer and brake fluids as light indicators on dash showed them to be low, none of that was cared for. so rather than driving back and waiting another two hours, I had it cared for myself. I was disappointed since I have trusted Nissan with my maintenance for years

Never got my oil change, waited over 3 hours, got my keys for my truck and lifted. Advisor didn't keep me up-to-date, and after 3 hours checked with him & was told they were busy & backed up due to Thanksgiving coming up. I believe I will be using somewhere else for serving my truck

I had to come in for an oil change. Several of the technicians were out but i was still able to get my oil changed. I was comfortable waitning for my car to be finished. The staff was friendly as usual.
