The mileage is wrong on this review. Made the appointment for 2 services to be performed but only 1 was was done since the person whom the appointment was made didn't record 2 service. So I had to return the next day for the second service. But, both got done.

Appointment or not it usually takes more than an hour to get my oil change. Because of this I have someone pick me up so I can get my business done while waiting for the oil change. This time before my ride could pick me up my oil change was done and I was ready to go. I was truly amazed.

Was told couldn't do tire rotation because tires were below 2/32 and tires need to be replaced got second opinion and tires still are drivable and have quite bit of tread on them never received any inspection report on entire car this is why only 4 star

All the things they claim they did, doesn't looks like they did they claim to change the oil but no new oil sticker in the window to let you know when your next oil change. They claimed they details and cleaned my car trash was still in my car, so no I'm not satisfied and had to pay 702.00 for absolutely nothing

My appointment was at 2 p.m. but I went to drop my car off earlier so my daughter could pick me up, so I dropped it off a hour early. And they called me back to come and get the car around 2:15. The car rides so much better after the wheel alignment.

The technician didn't put the radiator cap on tight and the antifreeze boiled out. My car ran hot and I broke down on the side of the road. I was lucky since person stopped and brought back some water. I don't what happened. I don't usually have to check behind the technicians but my free oil change and tire rotation cost me over two hundred bucks. I guess everyone makes mistakes.

Brought the car in for its 50,000 mile service and the auto butler service. Since it was to take over 3 hours the dealer offered to bring me home. When the service was complete the dealer had someone pick me up. All was done at no change because I'm a veteran and having the extended warranty.

I brought my vehicle in the week before with the same issues(no heat, temperature gauge running hot) and coolant exchange was done costing about $200. Service done on 1/8 they replaced radiator hose due to a hole in it costing me about $100. Feel Ishould have gotten some kind of refund due to it not being repaired first time.

Car was serviced in a timely manner. Did not have to wait hours as I have before. The Nissan at the location in Duluth, Ga always vacuumed out and washed the car after service which I really appreciated. This Columbus location does not. I see coffee and tea but no water here.

OMG! I'VE never been so upset and disappointed in a service appointment as I was during my last service. If we are to make the appointment online why are the service associates unable to see the comments explaining the reason for the visit. They performed an oil change and that's not why I brought the truck in for service.

From start to finish, everything was great! We came in, they pulled up everything that needed to be done, and pulled up the amount for each item. With the appointment time, we were in and out very quickly. The customer service was very nice. We consider that a very big part of the service. It was like opening a christmas present, you're very surprised when you receive it.

Poor service. I had to return my car for them to check out something they must up. Then they tell me they could not find anything wrong. But the noise was gone. I was told by the service manager he was going to put coolant in my car he did not. E guess he thought I was not going to check it. This is after I paid them $640 for the service.

Nissan Headquarter has been missing quality mechanics now over a full year . Everyone is complaining about the service department in Columbus. I even contacted the corporate department, and they are sugar coating the situation. Once the investigation is initiated Corporate supposed to help resolve the issue. NOT, NOT NOT....I will never buy another Nissan vehicle.

The Associates are very friendly and a couple of them really seems to be concerned about their customers! There is a big change in the service as well as the service, thing's appears to be moving in the right direction under the new management in the service department! Thank god for the change and staff

Short staffed I believe. Takes 5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Then they didnt change my maintenance schedule on the vehicle. I appreciate the free service, but this is why I didnt bring my other Nissan vehicles to the headquarters bc of the time frame.

My car wouldn't start Monday morning. I got a jump start and showed up at Headquarter Nissan without an appointment. They got me in, installed my new battery, and completed other service that was due that I hadn't scheduled yet. Always a pleasure to work with them.

I dropped the car off for a scheduled service and was contacted via text as to what was being done and what Nisson suggested to be done and what it would cost. I agreed and signed my name via text. I was called when it was complete and I picked up my car. The service e rep was very good and went over everything that was done and took be to the cashier to pay.

Headquarters Nissan in Columbus Ga. is a local dealership with a solid reputation, the vehicle I was looking at sold before I was able to meet with the sales representative for a test drive, the dealership sent me a notification about the sale. I was happy with the interaction I had with the dealership staff even though the vehicle sold before I could test drive it.
