We looked at a 2017 MB GLC 300. The car had leaves in the engine compartment and the salesperson Rosa spent her time picking the leaves out and said the car had been parked under a tree. The vehicle had not been serviced and the engine had a ticking sound. I would not drive the car because of the condition.

ALM is about 2 hours from my house, but it was worth it. The vehicle needed some cleaning up before I picked it up, and Vanessa made sure the ALM team did a super job, both exterior and interior.
