Friendly sales staff, contacted Shelley via phone and met us in parking lot. He pulled the vehicle aside. It was nice. Some things like the vinyl flooring in a truck like that just says work truck even though it was a platinum. Turn off!

They did respond, had high fees. Made offer. Was rejected, then another, but counter had additional fees. Then they dropped vehicle another $1000, I would have bought with the fee but they said it was sold now. I have since gone and got it elsewhere.

The salesman was nice enough however their prices are apparently non-negotiable at all! Even when the only 2 cars of this model that are listed as "overpriced" (according to cargurus) are on their lot! Overpriced due to high mileage. They still would not budge and claim to have the best prices. They said only way car would be reduced is if it sat on the lot for a period of time. Well then the price is obviously negotiable! Sell it to me now for the price you are going to sell it for in a few months! Geeze!

The dealership has a bunch of high fees, which actually raises the retail price of the car. There are companies like enterprise car sales that have zero fees, or like only believe that only have $200 in fees. Id recommend staying away from any dealer that has fees in excess of $300. Thats more than adequate, they should be making a profit on the price of the car. By advertising a lower price and then having high fees, its a bait and switch game.
