I waited three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to track down the Service Person to get my car and then was told some additional work should be done and they wanted to do the same day. On my drive home I realized the tire pressure was incorrect and I had to go somewhere else to correct. Service at Infiniti Stuart was good, but has declined. I hope I never have to take my car there again.

It was a huge disappointment. Not only with the service done to my car but also customer service. I called Scott manager in charge of service and still Waiting to call me back. There was a ray in my car and I was not informed so I could take care of the problem. I was expecting great service from a well known dealer like Infiniti and I instead got a really bad experience.

This rating is solely due to the job that was done on my vehicle and not the service I received from the representative. I paid for a job to be done and I have been to dealership 3 times now with the same issue and it has not been resolved. Apparently I was told they're not sure what the problem is and that I may need other parts and services done to my car. I will not have anything else done here, that's for sure.

Terrible. They changed the price of a tire rotation when I got there and then lied about it. Jorge was the service advisor. I will never deal with them again. By the way, this was the second time this dealership tried to rip me off. Never deal with them.

Everything was great, done faster than I expected and the car was delivered to my cousin in North Carolina, a disabled Vietnam veteran, way faster than I anticipated! He was in shock! I think he still is! He did drive it! Now he can replace his 20+ year old Honda pilot with no heat or air conditioning and 250k miles that he depended on to get to the VA which is a 2 hour drive from him. Thanks so very much!
