Overall facility is clean and professional. Service personnel should pay more attention to details, especially notes from customers. An invited walk through to review certain issues in garage with tech should be welcomed if customer requests so. Staff should focus on saving customers money rather than trying to upsell constantly.

I waited an hour to check my car in. The repair was diagnosed easily.The quote was very high. I said I was going to get quotes from other service centers. They came down 30% with a customer satisfaction discount. The rep was friendly and considerate, but had no power to get me checked in faster.

Carlos Munoz, my service advisor, is the absolute best in the world. He gets TEN STARS!!! I have been to this dealership prior, as well as many other BMW and Mercedes service departments for all my family cars, and the experiences were always horrible. I only go back to Sarasota BMW now because of the personal service I always receive from Carlos, he rocks!!!

Carlos Munoz was very helpful and informative. I was disappointed with the car when it was delivered. It was parked under a tree and maybe all night long since it was dirty from oak leaves and pollen. I wish I opted for a car wash but Carlos said it looked clean. Well, it was in the beginning. In the future I will opt for car wash.

Great atmosphere, clean and professional. As one would expect the service prices are extraordinary, they push services that are required much sooner than needed. If you are not under warranty it's considerably less at a master mechanic shop. But if price is not a concern, it's your best option.

With the extended warranty they had to get approval to do the work, but couldn't get approval untilI had brought the car in. This meant a rental car, which they paid for. I had to change travel plans as I live an hour away and wasn't advised about approval before I arrived.

The purpose of the visit was for an oil change. This was all I requested on the touch screen algorithm - no extras. When I received my statement, it was for $477.70. Other items had been included that I did not specify (low milage vehicle). This was the most expensive oil change I've ever experienced! The low rating I have indicated does not reflect personnel problems. Everyone was very polite and friendly.

I'm very unhappy with the way BMW handled my issue. The issue was caused by a defective and poorly designed AC drain on my X1. This caused drainage wated to collect on the driverside and passanger floors. The repair required that the dashboard, console, seats and rugs to be removed. As mentioned, this was a design flaw. This had nothing to do with "wear and tear", maintenance or an accident. My next car will not be a BMW!

I waited 2 hours before being notified that my front tires were bad and I would likely need a loaner. It took another hour before I was in the loaner to get on with my day. Not an efficient experience.
I did appreciate being notified that if I paid with a credit card I'd be charged an additional fee. No prior notifications to: bring a checkbook, or debit card if you don't want to pay fee. Not transparent.

My sevice advisor Derek Thomas explained what needed to be done and the staff executed the work flawlessly, in addition it was done in a quick and timely manner. I would indeed recommend this dealership and their service department to all who need assistance with their BMW vehicle.

Extremely poor service with long wait times, they forgot I was waiting for my car on a simple oil change. Plus no detailed explanation of future work that may be needed.
I received a follow up call from the dealership after the service was completed. I expressed my concerns and was told that they would provide names of people that could provide me better service the next time I was in the dealership. However there was no follow up .

My experience at this location is always stellar. All associates are friendly and accommodating which is the main reason I travel 53 miles to have my vehicle serviced there. Can't say enough great things about the service advisor Josh Cash whom normally takes care of the concerns and navigates my repair needs. Techs are top notch as well.

Loved that I could text about updates and needs. Quick responses. Only item I would improve is when the front tires were changed, the rim would have been inspected at that time so I would not have had to come back a second time. I was a little surprised with it not being found with how thorough the techs are. I appreciate getting the video to show the work with narration. Other than that, very professional and timely

First the good news. I was emailed a video taken by the mechanic going under the car showing each part of the service with a voice observation and details. Very cool. However, car wasn't vacuumed or washed and the service took well over an hour for an oil change that had a scheduled time first thing in the morning.

Ive had a lot of problems with my car. The only reason I would even consider getting another BMW is because of the excellent service I receive from Carlos Munoz. He makes it as pain free as possible and treats each customer like they are his favorite person. His customer service is extraordinary. Others have made me wait hours and then wait for a rental car he always has a loaner ready to go for me and never makes me wait very long.

Fast and complete service, friendly staff. Every appointment, they do a video going over the vehicle so we can see the car and any issues they find. Some items are priced high due to being a BMW, but most services (oil change for example) are reasonably priced.
