Excellent service. Spencer was friendly, efficient and made me feel welcome for my first visit to Lokey Subaru. My husband and I have three Subaru vehicles. After going to two other dealerships for service, we know Lokey Subaru is now the place to have our vehicles serviced. The facility is beautiful, clean, and the customer waiting area is very comfortable. It was a bonus to have donuts and other snacks. Thank you!

Got the car in on a Saturday because the A/C wasn't cooling...they took it right in, even though I was around 40 minutes early...put it on diagnostics and the power went out all along that stretch of road...after about an hour, the power came back on and they successfully replaced coolant and sent me on my way. Spencer was my service writer and he kept me informed.

Excellent as always! This was a warrantee repair. I was planning to get this recall taken care of at my next oil change, but Subaru of Port Richey called to set up an appointment. They didn't want to wait another 3 months. We appreciate Subaru of Port Richey. We have purchased two Subarus there so far.

Service people are great. The work is done in a timely and professional fashion. The waiting area is bright and cheerful with lots of snacks and beverages. My only disappointment is when I found out that when my husband got his car certified at his GMC dealer for purchase (from a lease) they not only washed it but also DETAILED it. At the Subaru dealer, I was only offered a basic wash.

They said my battery was bad and needed to be replaced as it was only working at 12%. Went to auto parts store and had it retested and the battery does not need to be replaced as it was at 94%. They tried to rip us off!! Buyer beware! I will only go there for my free oil changes.

Appointment made online. Upon arrival received a friendly greeting, discussion of services needed and vehicle was promptly taken to service. Waiting room was clean and comfortable with "safe distancing" and refreshments. Service was completed efficiently with no "upsell" or pressure to do more than what was required. Excellent service and this is why I keep returning to this dealership for service of my SUV.

I went in because of low pressure in one tire. I was told all four tires were shot. Because we have a trip coming up, I went ahead and paid over $800.00 for tires. My husband was not a happy camper when I got home. He said they should have taken me back to see the damage for myself. He felt I got taken.

I went to the dealer because I had picked up a nail in my tire that day. They were able to repair my tire at a reasonable price. They informed me that there would be a wait and gave me the option of waiting or coming back on another day. I was pleased with the service and the cost and was willing to wait because I had been told what to expect.

I love my Subaru even if it's almost 9 years old. Subaru staff are pleasant, caring, kept me in the loop while I waited. Offered me snacks, drinks, where I sat having a choice of reading in actual comfortable chairs, watching tv or finishing a jigsaw puzzle that customers can stay busy with. I assume that the multiservice checkup was completed correctly. However, the glove box was not replaced properly which resulted in it hanging partially open and falling out when I attempted to close it. I had to return to the Subaru service department to have this reinstalled. Merlyn was very accommodating in taking care of this situation.

As always, I was treated, like a valued customer. They always explain what needed to be done. Waiting area is clean, and always plenty of water or other drinks, from coffee, to soft drinks. And they have donuts too. I usually watch TV. And they always come get me. When my car is done. They always do a great job, of servicing my car.
