Took to dealership to replaced car fob key.
Dealer left hood unlatched and forgot to replug cruise control cable. Argued with my wife about cruise control forgetting they had unplugged it. This had happened a few times before. After service the left headlight is now out. Other parts have failed right after dealer service during the past couple years.

I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment, it took over 2 hours to change oil, rotate tires and perform a multipoint inspection.
When vehicle was finished there were oily fingerprints on window ledge, door post, door handle and front grille.
The drivers seat was readjusted as well.

Had 11:30 appointment, arrived on time. Was told oil change while I waited would be 1 to 1.5 hours. At 2pm went looking of service advisor Todd. was told he was at lunch. Told another advisor I needed to get my truck and leave. Lady helped me and I finished, paid, and left apx 2:15. Took too long and I was not kept informed.

Vehicle was accepted with out an appointment. All the work was preformed and the vehicle was given back to me earlier then expected. It also came in under the estimated cost. Jeff Furth did a wonderful job and kept me apprised of the Cost and time frame.

First experience with this dealership. Appointment was easy to arrange. I arrived on time and they were finished with me within one hour which was a lot quicker than I was used to from prior dealerships that I used. Service advisor was very attentive and kept me informed.

It was very easy to schedule online with them, they send an email confirmation, overall nice experience. Upon arrival the service rep was very nice and helpful, I came in with a coupon and he redeemed fast no questions. The service was speedy even though there were 16 cars ahead of me. Will go there again.

Oil change and tire rotation with problems with air filter installation. Then , tire sensors stopped working mysteriously. $150 to replace each.

They found the problem with my lights and had to order the item. They fixed the lights where we bought the truck home and are driving it . Thanks to them doing what they did. They are very efficient and good at what they do.
