It's really no fun and the loaner experience and wait for your car when you come back to get it leaves me cold. No place to sit, either while you wait for the loaner or your car. Nobody explained what was done to my car and the AC still feels "off" to me. It's not the "special" experience you're expecting at LEXUS.

The salesperson said everything was organized for a second key for my recent purchase and it should take no more that 30mins. I called before arrival and he said speak to the sales manager upon my arrival. Got there and the manage took us to service who did not have a work order for programming the key. Finally after 2 hrs and cancellation of my work schedule I was given the key. Not my idea of good service.

Jason the service agent wasn't friendly and lacking of costumer service skills he also mentioned it would take an hour for the car to be ready and it took 2 hours and half almost 3 hours and didn't say anything about it like he didn't care at all plus picking up the car is the worst you have to figure out on your own where to go .

It was an almost great experience. We came on a Sunday afternoon and the shops are closed and the snack bar closed at 2 pm. So, no coffee or juices after that time and normally I usually drink coffee at 4 pm. If theyre open on Sundays, the same perks should be available like on weekdays.
