The break repair was extensive and they found the rear main seals leaking and repaired them which was great. It taken 3 weeks to repair the vehicle. Upon return the cruise control was not working which worked beforehand of service for the breaks. Upon return the truck now needed a 4-wheel alignment., which it did not need before the breaks being serviced. ??? i now have to have parts ordered for the cruise control and align the truck.

Went to look at a 2010 Mustang for 22000.00, 15000 miles. Great price, but when it came time to finance ,banks wanted 8000.00 to 10000.00 down. WHOA! One was Ford Motor Credit, my credit score was 815. Way too much down for a 2010 car and 22000.00. Being a 2010 car that is why. This car will be there a while as someone has to come in with cash.

Appt. at 8:30, called at 1:30 to check on it. Hadn't even started on my car at 1:30, bumped my car to work on another one. Went to pick up my car at 5:45, car locked & they couldn't find my key or paperwork. Nice people, just need to get it togetherIsn't that the purpose of making an appt? Asked for a car wash also, nope wasn't washed!

It started with a lot of confusion. More or less I was told the terrible noise my Bronco Soort makes backing up I just have to deal with it and its common. Ive never owed a ford yet that makes that awful noise backing up. Its a 2021 and Ive had to get several things fixed, but no one has yet to fix the terrible noise when backing up. I feel that a Ford error in the vehicle. Im very disappointed in Ford and in the vehicle.

I made mistake put wrong location for service on line at mullinex service writer at new Smyrna a beach asked few questions and said we can help within 10 minutes car was on rack being serviced wax told previously at other ford dealer 21/2 he wait at quick lane for service thought quick lane meant fast service guess not at all dealers

my vehicle was not serviced on 7/11/2023. Don't know why this is on my carfax record. last service I got was in 6/2023 - water pump. This really makes me question carfax info for vehicles being purchased. Check your vehicles thoroughly before purchasing from anyone.
