I waited more than expected. They didn't switch the tyres, didn't clean the car. This was included in the iol service change for 8K. I know it because I have another Hyundai, and I did the the same service in another dealership, and they did all that! They couldn't fix the problem I had with the electronic oil pump controller, and I had 2 safety recalls in a row..

Nunca atienden ala hora de la cita siempre atienden despues del tiempo ysi ud tiene otra cosa en el carro si ud ya esta ahi lo logico es que lo solucionen no que te digan que hay que hacer otra cita para atenderte otro dia como si uno tiene el tiempo o si hunday va a pagarme el dia de trabajo.

Honestly is sad to say this but I never been in a place with people so arrogant, the only person who really was humbled and well educated is the lady who do the cleaning. Im sorry but I dont think I will go back here , even though Im happy with my car I dont think I will go a place like this to get a new car.

When the engine was replaced under warranty I had to pay to change all of the belts because it was required at the same time you would think that they would also change all of the hoses but they did not so a month and a half later I have to pay another $700 to replace the main hose coupling and the hoses.

I had scheduled my appointment and arrived in time. My car was serviced while I waited. It went well. Hyundai employees were professional and friendly. The stuff I left in the car was respected. The dealership is undergoing construction but it did not affect the service received.

Bad. I had an appointment for an engine safety recall. Apparently they checked everything. One week later, same engine safety recall showed up in the car. I have to take another appointment to have this checked, to a different dealership though..

Me gustó mucho el servicio, muy amables, pero la sala de espera está un poco sucia y deteriorada igual que la zona donde está el café. También deberían tener un fondo musical menos ruidoso. A veces uno aprovecha de trabajar mientras espera el carro y la música está a todo volumen.
