Tried to buy a car. Already had a deal pending, but wanted to give the local guy a fair chance. Inquired in a nearly identical car. The guy said there was no way to make the deal work how i needed. Went so dar as to give him all the deal details from the other dealership. He said there was no way anyone would do a deal like i said. And that itd be a waste of his time to sell on thise terms. Bought the other car. Happy with the purchase.

Received inquiry from Mr. Nash on 11/7/19 @6:15 PM, we close at 6PM. On 11/8/19, we sent Mr. Nash an email stating this vehicle in his inquiry was currently available. We usually add our hours of operation, financing available & state that we accept trade-ins. We requested customer to contact our office so that we could discuss his vehicle needs in more detail. We did not hear back from Mr. Nash. There was no phone number listed for this customer so we could not follow up by phone. It pains us to see such complaints because we are prompt & professional in our business handlings. We have been in business for 43 years & take a lot of pride in our business & it's practices!
