Still going back and forth with them about a warranty issue they refuse to cover. Took to another mechanic for a second opinion after being told extra work needed to be done. They were over selling services that didn't need to be done. Also, they're trying to get me to pay for something they caused to fail.

People were professional but the wait was too long after I told them I only needed to have them look at 1 thing, the control arm and to see if its covered under my extended warranty. Car was gone for 3 hrs while I waited. Came back with a list of several items to the tune of $3000. Control arm not one of them. Things like the cabin filter! Really!?? I have a huge "clank" sound from the front end with every bump!

Employees at the front counter don't greet you. Not even good morning or anything. Car is done and they don't let you know it's ready. Now they don't place the oil change sticker in the windshield supposedly they give it to the customers with the paperwork. Better service for the customers I would suggest to keep people coming back. Just in front of monitors or in the office talking to each others. Have more deals or better services.

Scheduled an oil change and waited over 3 hours to get it done. On top of that, I paid for a oil change package of 4 in January only to be told there was no documentation of it. Asked for air in.my tires and nothing was added. Will never be back for anything at Posner Chrysler.

The oil was changed and the tires were balanced after a 4000 mile journey. I was the first person at the express area. The service took Two hours to completed. I only had to pay $100 for rotate & balance tires because of the free oil change with buying from Posner.

They left the car a mess had to take glove box out and scattered it around the backseat left trash behind grease prints on the windshield and a pillars driver and passenger and didnt realigne the dash correctly this was after it being brought back in again for ac service for the second time they did not do a thorough job the first time.

New Serv Advisor Alec was great. Finally had something covered with my extended warranty, the ECU would have been $1200 out of pocket and all I did have to pay was the $100 deductible. Flashing odometer no longer flashing.
