I have a Nissan Plus prepaid Service Plan on my Titan. Was passing thru CT so made an appointment for my 45k service. Sad to say simple oil, filter, rotation and cabin filter took over 2hrs. Bare in mind I had an appointment. Hardly a sole at dealership. I was a bit disappointed.

Excellent! I was ill on the day schedule for the service appointment, so service adviser Andrew Marino and a colleague came to my house, picked up my 1991 300ZX Twin Turbo, brought it back to the shop, performed the service, and returned the vehicle upon completion. Awesome.

Disappointed. Diagnosed air bag problem. Ordered part. Installed next day. As I drove away, light came back on dashboard. Ordered another part. Installed next day. OK now. I was upset with the additional diagnostic charge on my bill and was given a partial credit.

They tried to sell me a transmission service car has 32000 miles on it. Recommend service is 60000 miles. When I said why he said to save you a trip back what an idiot!! Then I asked him to clean the battery terminals. He came back told me $140.00 I needed new terminals ( they had a little acid buildup) again are you crazy!! I would never go back to those thieves or recommend them to anyone.
