Athena is a gem! She is always thoughtful, professional and explains everything so that you can understand what is going on. Even though I had a loaner vehicle, I was not prepared to leave Storm over the weekend, although it was for getting fixed and up to par. I also appreciated the work that Luis (repair) completed on Storm.

Its over a year after Hoffmans original lackadaisical diagnostic, to another repair shop and back to Hoffman that Im finally getting my car back. After all is said and done, Ill probably never buy an Audi again nor will I work with Hoffman. I dont have a lot of confidence in the process. And the prices have added to my distrust.

Excellent service department experience. I was very impressed with the technicians use of filming his visual inspection of my vehicle on the lift. If there were any issues, you are able to view them along with his explanation. This is very helpful. My service rep was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable. The first technician messed up the car by overfilling it with oil. Trevor, the second technician, ameliorated the problem, but I had to leave the car and get a loaner. This was to be a quick in and out to add a quart of oil. NOT TREVOR'S FAULT. The first guy created the problem. Not typical of our experience with your shop!
