Not happy at all Bought a Brand New Truck!!! Brand New! Salesman was great found exactly what I wanted, even had it delivered from out of State. How ever after receiving the Brand New Truck! A door panel was the wrong color/ trim for the package I bought. Still pulling teeth to get it resolved!

The experience was an excellent one with Tasca Ford when we received notice about a recall for a 2016 Ford Fusion. The recall was a quick fix and our vehicle was in and out within a few hours. The Ford company was naturally paying for the bill (since it was a recall) and that was excellent.

Our truck has been at TASCA since March 2, 2023. During replacement of turbo charger, the new turbo was defective and parts of it went into the engine and ruined it. Still without a truck for 105 days. I have had to rent a truck during this time frame to provide the service to my customers.

Waited 3 1/2 months for a part to come in. When I called in the beginning to find the status, the service advisor Jay was rude making comments such as dont know..if you like come get your vehicle if you want. How could get my vehicle when it wont drive. But I blame Ford motor corp. for not supplying replacement part knowing that the issue is common nationwide problem.
