Took my car in they said they did inspection showed me video of inspection under car they said brakes look good they never took tires off or anything i knew i needed rotors but they didnt catch it on inspection they dont do a complete inspection on all safety devices i recommend getting inspection some place else

I was contacted after further research and learning that vehicle wasn't what I was looking for. The salesman asked what I was looking for but I'd rather search on my own and contact the dealership only after I see something I think might work for me. He was persistent for a short time but relented. This dealership is OK and I happened to buy my present vehicle from them.

Robert Bennett emailed us back. We setup a test drive. The Silverado that we drove was really nice. Robert was very nice. We ended up buy a different truck from another AutoNation that had a few more features that we were looking for. We did follow up with Robert letting him know we had made a purchase and he was very pleased for us. It was a very good experience working with him.

Decent service. Took awhile to get the car back after it was done. Not sure why the computer work took nearly 20 minutes. Also, waiting area now very conducive to try to work and take phone calls. Could use a nicer area for people to do some work. Otherwise service was fine.

They attempt to upsell you on literally thousands of dollars of unnecessary maintenance services and then make you out to be a fool for not accepting them. Lost my car once for several hours and couldn't find it or find out who was working on it. They never greet you in a timely manner in the service entry or in the office.

Normally the service is good at Park Meadows Buick, but this time, our license frame was broken and license plate severely bent. Buick did offer to reimburse the cost of replacing the frame, and suggested it might have occurred during the car washing. That seems unlikely, but I am willing to accept the possibility and management apology. I just wish the service technicians (who likely did the damage) were a bit more careful.

The lady who checked me in did not disclose that there would be a $199 diagnostic fee if I didn't pay for all the things they suggested I fix. She told me she would show me a video of my radiator leaking, and she did not. They also advertise a $199 battery with an "as long as you own the car" warranty on their website, but charged me $270 for a battery with a 40 month warranty because the "battery people are on strike." Seems like it should be removed from their website if it's something not available. I contacted their customer service, only to be told that I would hear back from someone in 24 hours and never heard anything. So terrible, don't come here.
