Schomp did good work but it was not completed on time. They did not order all the parts so we had to wait for the BMW logo to be ordered for the front of the car. When they installed that they discovered they did not order the front end reflectors so we had to wait for another order. It was frustrating to have two delays but the work was done well.

Greatly appreciated, buffed out the scratches from the last courtesy car wash, and finally got the speakers in the back sounding good again. I will note that the little coolant leak that had been fixed 4 weeks previously was leaking again but think they got it right this time.

The welcoming was nice. After that, he only communicated through texts. My 1.5hr service didn't even start for 2hrs made my visit last 5hrs, while I waited for my car. Every time I tried to find my assigned contact he wasn't around. Nor did he respond to texts. I had to rely on other team members. Why even assign someone when the texts felt automated?

Although we are appreciative you fit us in (with a flat rear tire), there was zero communication from the service dept after we dropped it off. We kept calling to no avail so we showed up 30 minutes before closing and they just started it then. Then, we had to remind them with run-flat tires, that both rear tires needed changing. Very disappointed. This was an emergency situation and now we can no longer rely on Schomp.

I was there 3 hrs with a booked appointment for oil & filter, rotate and alignment. I did not get the alignment done because we were back and forth to purchase new tires. I also requested new wiper blades. I asked the price and was told which I agreed to. Unfortunately they did not include the labor fee which doubled the price! $200.00 for wiper blades installed! I wont be back.

Couldn't, wouldn't, fix multiple issues on the car. There seems to be a connected malfunction somewhere. Without any input from me the car changes from distance control to assisted driving modes or the opposite by itself. it does not automatically change time zones as we drive cross country. I have to turn off automatic time zones to manual then back again for a change. The car loses all automatic settings for seats.

Had my car for 6 weeks to repair the suspension after only 37,000 miles. Was not covered by my warranty, but they did a great job getting most of it covered by BMW. Went in a month later and another suspension issue that wasnt fixed when they did the other overhaul. Major repair and all out of pocket costs. Disappointed in the car needing so much work with only 40K miles. Traded it in and moved on. Chris in service is awesome!
